Shipping policy

All orders require at least 2-5 business days for processing after payment is made. Custom orders may take more. Please refer to listing for specific time for order to be released for shipping. We are not responsible for lost items. All orders are mailed via USPS. In case of lost item please refer to USPS website and fill out a claim.
Please allow up to 7 business days after your order has shipped for your package to arrive before you contact us. Please make sure that the ship to address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address.
